Embsay with Eastby Village Institute is located in the village of Embsay, just under two miles (three kilometres) north-east of Skipton.
Embsay and the neighbouring village of Eastby form the parish of Embsay with Eastby and are within the Craven district of North Yorkshire. The villages sit at the southern end of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, the border of which runs through the middle of both villages.
The Village Institute is on the main road through Embsay, situated at the top of the village on Main Street, at the junction with Laurel Croft.
On entering Embsay from Skipton, follow the road through the village up the hill, bearing right in front of the Elm Tree Inn. The Village Institute is on the right after a row of terraced houses and on the corner of the Laurel Croft.
The village’s free public car park is situated directly opposite the Institute across Main Street and buses from Skipton stop nearby.
